Can't get redeem codes

When there is a new redeem code and I go to the official website to readymade I just so that I have reading the code and its in my account but every time I open FC mobile its not in my account the rewards of the redeem code are not in my FC mobile account what should I do?

    Hi there. The Redeem Website requires the exact EA Account email linked to your active game profile. You may be using a different email on the website. 

    Try logging in on the page with your other email addresses. Once linked correctly, your rewards will be available in your in-game mailbox!
