Hi, thanks for reporting this. To help us look into your FC Mobile login issue, could you share a few more details?
Please let us know what device you’re using, your OS version, and which login method you’re trying to use (EA, Apple, Google, Facebook, or Guest). It would also help to know exactly what happens when you try to sign in, including any error message you see. If possible, please share a screenshot, and let us know whether the issue happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. Thanks

I also can't log in. I'm using an iPhone 16 plus and iOS 26.5. I've done everything I can to fix it. The login failed screen appears as soon as I open the game and try to tap on "tap to play". I've also used both Wi-Fi and mobile data. Is It a device error, software error or just an issue from EA and their servers?

That 26.5 iOS version is still in the Beta phase, so it could be the case. Are you able to test it using a non-beta version of iOS?
