Can't login in FC Mobile with EA Account

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I reinstalled FC Mobile in my iPhone and when i login with EA account, it says that birth date of EA Account doesnt match with the one i put in the game. This problem also happened to my other 6 friends. We tried many times but game still wont let us login
