Re: FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall

Subject: OPPO A18 Is Not Compatible With FC Mobile 27

Hello EA Support,

I am having a compatibility issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile 27 on my OPPO A18.

Device: OPPO A18 (CPH2591)

Android: Android 15

RAM: 4 GB (+ 4 GB RAM Expansion)

GPU: Mali-G52 MC2

FC Mobile 27 does not appear as installable on Google Play. When I open the game's Google Play page, it says:

“Your device isn't compatible with this version.”

I would like to ask why the OPPO A18 is currently considered incompatible. The device meets several of the published minimum requirements, so I would appreciate it if EA could review the compatibility of this device.

Could you please check whether the OPPO A18 (CPH2591) can be supported in a future update?

I really enjoy FC Mobile and would love to be able to play the game again on my device.

Thank you for your help. I hope this issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Best regards

Adi
