CANT MAKE AN ACCOUNT USING EA OR PLAY GAMES
Why cant i make an account using them. I made a guest acc but i want to have ea or google play so my progress doesnt get deleted

unless you're playing the beta of fc26, it's pretty much impossible for that to happen, since it always overlaps those same options (guest, ea acc, google play and facebook), the reason why it doesn't let you utilize it during the beta is because EA just want you to observe the new update by yourself, and get to experience it without having to stress about team
dw, they give you free rewards when you log in so you don't have to worry about anything.
even i bought another phone and i tried to log in but all i see is GUEST
