cant recharge my account

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I am writing regarding a purchase issue on my EA Sports FC Mobile account that I have been unable to resolve.

 

Device: Huawei P50 Pro (no Google Mobile Services)

Location: UAE (Ajman)

Game: EA Sports FC Mobile

Game UID: [INSERT YOUR UID HERE]

 

ISSUE SUMMARY:

I successfully made one purchase using Du carrier billing (UAE), and the FC Points were delivered to my account normally. After that, I have been completely unable to make any further purchases.

 

ERRORS I AM EXPERIENCING:

1. When attempting to purchase in-game: Error code 44605 appears before I even reach the payment method selection screen.

2. When attempting to purchase via the official FC Mobile Webstore: I initially received error code 20001, and now I consistently receive the message: "Sorry, your game account cannot transact on another country's webstore. Please visit the page for the country where your game account was created."

 

WHAT I HAVE TRIED:

- Contacting EA support previously (ticket unresolved)

- Purchasing via the official webstore from multiple browsers

- Reinstalling the game

- Trying different webstore regions

 

ROOT CAUSE (as I understand it):

It appears my game account is registered to a specific country, and the webstore is detecting a region mismatch and blocking all purchases. Since my first successful purchase was made via Du (a UAE carrier), I believe my account should be registered to UAE — but something is causing the region lock to trigger incorrectly.

 

WHAT I AM REQUESTING:

1. Please check and confirm which country my game account is currently registered to.

2. If the registered country is incorrect, please update it to United Arab Emirates (UAE).

3. If the country is already set to UAE, please investigate why the webstore is showing a region mismatch error and resolve the block so I can make purchases normally.

 

I have been unable to make any purchases for an extended period despite multiple attempts, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this.
