Game loading screen - "Choose Account"

Hello EA sports, I'm having a bit of an issue with my game I do not know if it's something with the app or that's going on in the game. Just today 4/13/26 I tried opening the game to play it for a little bit but it shows me a screen where it says choose account, now mind you just never happened to me, and it also keeps loading I don't know if it's something with the app or if it's a bug if you guys could give me the best suggestion on how to fix the game I already cleared cache and restarted my phone, and it still doesn't work, I worked so hard on my 118 overall team, if you guys could respond as soon as possible I would appreciate it thank you for your time

    Recently, I've been trying to play some fc mobile, but I've been hit with a screen where it tells me to choose between my guest account(the one I've been playing on this whole time, with 116 ovr) and a google play account, that I didn't even know existed(with 78 ovr).

    But, before it even lets me choose one, it stars to load endlessly... I've kept my game on for 15 minutes and it was still loading... For a split second, it doesn't show the loading, and I tried to press my account as fast as possible, but it doesn't let me... 

    I don't know what to do since it is a guest account and I don't want to risk losing it by deleting the game, since I have spent money on it...

    I wish to get a reply as soon as possible!

    Hey there. Just to clarify, which account did you previously use to link your FC Mobile progress? Was it your EA Account, Google Play, Apple Account, Game Center, LINE, or Facebook? Are you able to log in to those services or test it on a different device?  

  • I am facing a login issue in FC Mobile. Every time I try to open the game, it gets stuck on the login/loading screen and does not proceed further. Because of this, I am unable to access my account and play the game.

    Steps Tried:

    Restarted the game multiple times

    Checked internet connection (stable)

    Restarted device

    Result:

    The issue still persists and I remain stuck on the login screen.

    Expected Result:

    The game should load properly and allow me to enter and play.

    Hey Competer18​,

    Are you still having troubles when you try to link your account? If so, could you try connecting with your mobile data instead of your wifi to see if that solves the issue?

    Hey everyone. I’ve merged your posts into this thread to make it easier for us to communicate and track this issue.

    To help the team investigate, could you please confirm the following:

    • Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app?
    • Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck?
    • At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue?
