Can't use top buttons

In several days I am not able to press top button after opening game like cancel button , home button, messeges button.please help to solve this problem

    Hey 4h7pwtg7u86m​.  Welcome to our forums. Have you tried restarting your device and clearing the FC Mobile cache? Also, do you use gesture navigation or the on-screen navigation buttons on your phone?
