Captains players missing.

Yesterday I had 2 108 ovr captains players and today I packed a 108 too. I exchanged carrhager card,and made sure that the 108s were not exchanged. And when I went to exchange shards, the 108s were not there. Only the carrhager card was there. I checked my inventory too. Help.
