Carnival bug - getting stuck in the Carnival tutorial dialogue

Hi I am getting a bug to access the carnival event. I receive the welcome message (see screenshot) but then the screen gets stuck, I cannot scroll to the main or gallery chapter and cannot do anythin...

    I still get the same error/my id is aannggxxlll the freeze hasn't been fixed yet
