    Hi folks, 

    If your Club is showing as locked when it should be unlocked, follow these steps

    1. Send me or EA_Pulsar​ a DM using these steps: How to send DMs on the forums!
    2.  Pop in the subject line 'FCM - Club Locked' and include your UID and Club Level.

     

    We'll pass it on to the team investigating this from there.

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I am an active player of FC Mobile, and my in-game username is jp20.

My UID [Removed - CM]

I am writing to request assistance regarding my account.  I am unable to access the "Club" section/certain features (as shown in the attached screenshot, the 'Club' icon appears locked). I have been following the game regularly and have reached level 66, but this restriction is hindering my progress.

Could you please look into my account and unlock this feature? I have attached a screenshot of my home screen for your reference.
