Club is locked bug

I’m experiencing a problem with my “view lineup icon” and “club icon” it seems to be blocked or restricted I cannot advance due to this. I tried leveling up and deleting + reinstalling the game multiple times with no success. I am a returning player too but I played on a guest account before now that I created a proper account I bought some players in order to advance faster this was in vain as I cannot enjoy them due to the club icon being blocked  you can find attached pictures below 

please fix my problem quickly (if possible)

I have the same problem I tried leveling up and there’s still a lock icon on my club icon therefore I cannot edit my team I also tried deleting and reinstalling the only difference is that I play on iOS 

I got many 104 plus players from nations story, from market from football centre totw and many more from my team but i am unable to exchange them for extratime tokens i just used about 14k tokens and limit is upto 100k and there it shows no available players when i want to exchange also i exchanged just like few players and after that unable to exchange more 

I am begging and requesting u 🙏🙏😭😭to plss resolve this bug till today evening or compensate me with 117 beckham and cole capped legends As i was able to get them from star or encore scouts 

Plss Plss its a Humble request answer mine issue or resolve it as fast as u can because tomorrow in early morning india star scout will refresh and mine reward of getting a 117 beckahm or cole of capped legends will be missed and i am very much sad but plss i am playing this game for a long time plss dont make me feel sad i love this game plss help 🙏🙏
