Club Still Locked & Issue Marked as Resolved Incorrectly

Dear EA Support Team,

 

I hope you are doing well.

 

I am writing to report an issue in FC Mobile regarding my account. My Club is still locked, even though I have reached Level 46 in the game.

 

Additionally, I noticed that my previous complaint has been marked as “resolved,” even though my issue has not been fixed yet. The Club section is still locked on my account.

 

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the game, checking my internet connection, and updating the app, but the problem still persists.
