TOTS only giving league patches and zero OVR patches

I have 10 Premier League patches and ZERO Ovr patches. This is a widespread issue and it’s really lame that we have to grind all 9 division rival matches and don’t get a single exchange. Please fix, super annoying. A couple days of this and the community will just stop playing Div Rivals.
