Commentary file download automatically restarts from 0% when resumed

Hi Support Team,

​I am facing an issue while trying to download the Brazilian Portuguese commentary pack in game.

​The download gets stuck at a certain percentage (around 19%). Whenever I click the "START" button to resume the download, it does not continue from where it stopped. Instead, it completely resets and starts downloading all over again from 0%.

​I have checked my device storage, and I have 15 GB of free space available. My internet connection is also stable.

​I have attached a screenshot of the issue for your reference. Please look into this matter and help me resolve it.

    Hi, welcome to our forums.  I am sorry to hear that the commentary download keeps restarting for you. Please try the following steps and let me know if that helps:

    • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out any network-related issues.
    •  Restart your device and try downloading the commentary pack again.
    • Clear the FC Mobile app cache from your device settings, then relaunch the game.
    •  Ensure that no VPN, proxy, or network-filtering application is active while downloading.
    •  Confirm that FC Mobile is updated to the latest available version
    • Keep the game open and active during the download process, as background restrictions may interrupt the download.
