Compensation Gift Not Received Since Yesterday

I saw the message that the 117 ucl player in compensation gift has released, thinking the compensation gift starting from 1000 rank up points is launched today.

Logging in to FC MOBILE to see that I didn't receive the player pack or the 1000 rank up points. Please find this message to check any bug fixes or glitches to receive the compensation gift in an app update of possible.
