Compensation Request

Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to formally report an issue regarding the recent technical glitch involving the199 ovr malen  card and shard system in the event.

Unfortunately, this bug created a massive progression gap, allowing other players to advance significantly ahead of me and gain an unfair advantage. As a result, my ranking, competitive standing, and overall progress fell behind through no fault of my own, while I missed out due to the unexpected patch.

I kindly request you to review this situation and provide the appropriate compensation or rewards to ensure fairness, restore balance, and level the playing field for affected players.
