Complain about a bug

Hello EA Support,

I have been unable to play ANY online mode in EA FC Mobile for over a year.

Every time I try 1v1 (Head to Head, VS Attack), I get “Matchmaking Error”.

Device: iPhone

Country: Benin (West Africa)

Internet: Stable (Wi-Fi & Mobile Data tested)

Game: Fully updated

Account: Not banned (events & offline modes work)

This issue affects ALL online modes and has persisted across reinstalls.

Please check if my account or region is blocked, misrouted, or bugged on your servers and reset matchmaking.
