Complaint: Performance and Graphic Cap Restrictions on Mediatek Helio G100

Hello EA Sports Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the graphic settings optimization in FC Mobile for devices powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 chipset.Currently, the graphic options on my device are strictly locked to "Medium", and I am unable to unlock higher graphics or stable high frame rates. While I understand this might be done to prevent overheating, the Helio G100 is a capable gaming chipset in its class and should easily handle higher configurations with proper optimization.Many users with this specific chipset are experiencing the same issue, indicating that the Helio G100 might not be properly whitelisted or optimized in your current device compatibility database.Could your technical team please review this and include the MediaTek Helio G100 in the next optimization update?
