- Restart your device.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
- Clear the FC Mobile app cache (Android) or reinstall the game if you're on iOS (make sure your account is linked before reinstalling).
- Make sure you're using the latest version of FC Mobile.
- If possible, try logging in on another device and test your account
