My EA account Penalty History is clean and shows no violations.

I'm sorry, I wish I could look into this for you, but we can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums. The team you need is our Terms of Service team. They assist players with bans and suspensions and can investigate this for you if you send in a ban appeal.
