missing packages and withdraw money from an account for nothing

hello, i purchased Year End Deals packages few minutes later but I didnt received this packages, and also I had 2.19 from Google deducted from my account but I don't know why. Today I only bought two packages, one for 1.39 euros, it arrived and the other for 1.19 euros that i wrote upper, so I don't understand why the 2.19 was deducted from my account. Can you explain it to me? plus give me that one purchased package
