Continuous connection problem
Hello EA Support,
I am facing a continuous connection problem in FC Mobile.
During matches (especially competitive modes), the game disconnects from the server and sometimes shows resource download errors.
Error codes I receive:
0x0200060F
Server connection lost
0x000003E8
I have already tried all of the following:
Stable and strong Wi-Fi connection
No background apps running
Reinstalled the game
Cleared cache
More than 100 GB free storage
Restarted both phone and router
The problem still happens and causes me to lose matches and ranking unfairly.
Please check this issue from the server side or my connection route.
