Controllers working on their own

Hi ea fc.i am afzal the owner of afzalthe merchant account. In some games that I play such as head to head,vs attack or even normal ai games, my controllers starts to work on their own because of this inconvenience i can't score goals and win crucial matches.i would like to give you a example: in my recent vs attack game my controllers started working on their own and it made my players to pass back to the defender in great chance.please acknowledge my post and provide correct actions to this problem.i don't know whether this is hacking or a bug
