Crash Fc mobile on latest iPadOS

Hi there, 

I am playing fc mobile for the past 4 years now. I have never had problems with it. It alsways worked perfectly until a few dags ago. I updated my iPad to iPadOS 26. When I open fc mobile it will load and then it crashes, I get back to the homescreen on my iPad. I removed fc mobile, but kept my personal data. I have reset the iPad and also the network settings. I have the same amount of storage available as my brother, so I don’t expect that to be the problem. I have asked AI and nothing worked. I tried to log in at my iPhone but I don’t know my credentials. How can I recover my account? Please help me, because now I can’t play my favorite game.

    Hi there, sorry to hear FC Mobile started crashing after the iPadOS update. From what you’ve already tried, this sounds less like a storage-only issue and more like something we’ll need to narrow down after the latest update.

    Please try these steps first:

    1. Make sure FC Mobile is fully updated in the App Store.
    2. Restart the iPad again after the update check.
    3. Try launching on a different network, for example a different Wi-Fi connection or mobile hotspot.
    4. Make sure the iPad has plenty of free storage available. As a diagnostic, try to keep at least 12–15 GB free.
    5. Turn off any VPN, battery-saving mode, screen filters, accessibility overlays, or similar apps,settings temporarily, then try launching again.
    6. Note exactly where the crash happens: before the EA SPORTS logo, during the FC Mobile loading screen, or after the account loads.
