Crashing after winning

Dear EA

after winning my division rivals matches it will tell me connection lost and boot me out of ultimate team this is irritating to me because some of those matches are promotional matches to the next division and I’ve checked my WiFi connection and it’s perfect please fix and is there any way I can get compensation please

    Whenever the game ends on h2h the game freeze and the scoreboard doesn't show what might be the problem ??

    Being disconnected from the game can be caused by many things, not necessarily your end, either.
    What are the codes that you are seeing?
