Daily tasks - Daily Bonus Exchange task not working

Under Daily tasks, it states to complete one Daily bonus exchange but even after completion it's not moved to done.  Refer screenshots attached.

    Have you done the daily bonus exchange before checking the daily tasks? If so there is probably why, use the circled arrows and change the task for 10 gems.
