Did you claim Pirlo before claiming all of the gems? Once you claim the last pack, the tasks disappear......
The exact same thing happened last week when you claimed the Day 5 pack.

I didnt claim anything from 5 day. Only from Day 4.

Hmm, that sucks, both of you should raise a ticket with EA via the in-game menu and provide what was claimed and what was did not, so they can check the logs against your respective accounts. Mine disappeared after I claimed 4 sub-prizes, then Pirlo and I never had this issue.

I saw some posts on FutMobile Discord that others had the same issue, nothing beyond that.
