I want to report that I had 740 million coins in my account when suddenly the internet stopped working so I again opened my account and then I saw that there was only 390 million coins.please help!!

Unfortunately we can't look into accounts here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to an advisor via the in-game help option. They can take a look at this for you.
