Didn’t receive a draft voucher…

this happened on Tuesday 30th June 2026 somewhere around 4:00 PM when I opened the record breakers chapter to play the Gerd muller matches and when I was playing vs the club named **bleep** I scored 6 goals and won which was the objective for the draft voucher. But for some random reason, I didn’t get my voucher, may I get a compensation by any chance if you guys don’t mind?
