Didn’t receive my weekly reward gems from Division rivals

I would like to report an issue regarding my Division Rivals weekly rewards in EA FC Mobile. This week, I only received rewards for Attack vs Attack mode, but I did not receive any rewards for Head to Head (H2H) and Manager Mode, even though I actively participated and was eligible in both modes. I have checked my inbox and rewards section multiple times, but the rewards are still missing. I kindly request you to look into this issue and help resolve it as soon as possible.
