Didn’t receive the premium star pass but paid for it

Hi I recently bought the premium star pass for 999 rs but I didn’t receive the product and. The transaction was completed and money was deducted when I came back into game it said unsuccessful payment and then it says payment on going and when I tried to click buy again it said still processing and my money is still deducted it’s been 9 hrs

    Hey qalomqu5r4v9​,

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for a transaction to finish processing, but it's interesting that it said that the payment was unsuccessful. When you check the transaction in your transaction history for whichever storefront you use (you've tagged this with both iOS and Android so I'm not sure which one would apply), does it show any issues or errors there?
