It's Thursday 8/01/ 2026 and just week 3 of festive fixtures just arrived and for some reason i don't know why I didn't get the weekly gems that we get from league in fc mobile.
It's will be greatful if you do something for this.
Same here! It still shows my leagues leaderboard up for 10k gems but I have not getting them.I've tried everything yet I still can't get my gems.
Sometimes it comes delayed, and at times had to focus on the league's leaderboard. But if it does not come by the next reset, then yes - as 7sxk65gtt7nc said, raise a ticket via the in-game menu.
This really doesn’t show much. Doesn’t show that you were actively in a league at the time and you could have just claimed it without wven realizing it
Not sure this is the right forum? I would submit a ticket, as it would require someone to check your back-logs to see what actually happened
