DIDN'T GET THE GUARANTEED POOL A REWARD

Respected EA,

As I said in the title, I didn't get the guaranteed Pool A reward after completing the required draft spins. It was only 1 more spin away, but after the spin , it gave me a pool c player and the draft count reseted to 67.

Also saw many players reporting the same. Kindly make a solution to this problem
