Didn't get website reward

After the new event updates I claim reward from web store and redeem the code I only get redeem code reward didn't get the event reward it was 3000 diamonds and 100 OVR token please give me that quickly and also didn't get the 200 draft tokens while all my friends claimed it I want that to my ID is  (hhihbbsuijbsytrd)
