Disappeared subs button

there is NO SUBS BUTTON FOR ME . Customer service in fc mobile told me there is no sub button in manager mode. So I tried H2H mode and Manager mode. Both of them ARE NO SUBS BUTTON. The ridiculous th...

@mendozzamagic If they dont have the knowledge they should pass to the gameplay team immediately rather than answering something they dont know. That makes more sense right?

@9uqzsiwrjnne Yep - but that’s not really what they are there for - they are there to deal with account issues mostly.

I’ve passed on your info.

Have you ever had subs available or have they always been missing?

Are you able to try a different device to see if they show up on that?

@mendozzamagic yea if they r not for that just say it and its totally acceptable. But answering something they dont know and not responsible for that is really weird, especially answered in a certain way. Very weird

Its possible but I think thats not necessary becoz when I register a new account. The subs button appeared. Bug is clear

  So, you have made a new account on the same device and the sub button is showing on that account?
  
  If that’s the case, then it sounds like it is account specific rather than device specific … so, if you could log the effected account in on another device and check, that would prove that for me and have something to go back to th gameplay team with.
  
  Because here’s the thing, this seems to be an intermittent bug that impacts only a few accounts here and there, but across a range of devices both iOS and Android, so we need to try and understand what might be triggering it.
  
  Do you switch between multiple accounts on the device you are using, or did you only try creating a new account to test after the subs button had disappeared on your main account?

    i created a new acc only for testing the disappeared subs button.
    here is the thing. If I test it, will ur technical team 100% able to fix the bug? I dont want to waste my time for testing bugs. Im a game user and I am not paid for it. So help urself to earn money from customers - just test it and fix it. Not waiting for free testers
    its been a week and no follow up that I can see so far. GOOD JOB EA TEAM
