Disconnecting opponent from match it's keeps on happening always

Hello EA Support,

 

I’m having a problem in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. Whenever I try to play a match against another opponent, the opponent gets disconnected from the match. This keeps happening, and I’m not intentionally using any hacks, cheats, or third-party links.

 

Please could you check my account and investigate whether there is a technical or connection problem causing this? I would really appreciate your help because it is preventing me from playing matches normally.

    GHANA 🇬🇭 so if this keeps on happening and I play the match and wins and the opponent report me will my account be banned from the game

    I live in South Africa and a lot of people in my country experience this as well which country are you from
