Disconnection abuse by opponent

Hello EA Support,

I was playing Scouting Camp on Android and faced an opponent with an utots squad (username: premnezder ). I saved 3 goals, scored at 105’, and even skipped celebration to show respect. Suddenly, I received a DISCONNECTED message and was automatically kicked from the match. Immediately after, I got a LOSS notification, while the opponent somehow got a WIN.

My network was perfectly stable (5G, smooth kbs), so this was NOT a connection issue on my side. I strongly suspect the opponent exploited a hack or cheat to force the DC and claim a fake victory.

2. Image of the opponent’s squad with username

This situation ruined a critical Scouting Camp attempt where I was one match away from completing 100 Rank Up points. Please investigate this player and take action, as it’s unfair and clearly against the rules.
