19 hours agoHi there. Sorry to hear about your trouble with matchmaking. Please try the steps below and check if they help improve things for you:
- Fully close FC Mobile, then restart your phone.
- Clear the FC Mobile cache.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > FC Mobile > Storage & cache > Clear cache.
- iPhone/iPad: Try offloading the app, then reopen it.
- Switch your connection and test again. If you’re using Wi-Fi, try mobile data (both 4G and 5G). If you’re using mobile data, try Wi-Fi.
- Turn Airplane Mode on for about 10 seconds, then turn it off and reopen the game.
- If you’re on Wi-Fi, forget the network and reconnect. If the issue continues, try resetting your network settings.
- Make sure FC Mobile and your device OS are fully up to date, and keep a few GB of free storage available.
