Division Rivals error

Dear EA Sports developers. I would like to report a problem.It became impossible to play an "Head to Head". I keep getting all kinds of Internet connection errors, even though the Internet is just great. The match crashes right at the beginning, or it just doesn't enter, giving an error. The league is high, so I'm not satisfied with such mistakes. I repeat, the Internet is just great, and so is the ping in the game, but the game gives out constant Internet connection errors. I will ask you to fix it because the game has become impossible to play. I appreciate your efforts and the changes and improvements, but every year it's the same - error in "Head to Head" mode.
