Division Rivals Weekly Rewards Problem

After the fc 26 update I went to claim the weekly rewards from the division rivals , there I faced a issue regarding the rewards as I couldn't collect my ranked rewards, but after few times of opening I got the reward from VSA and H2H but after several tries I couldn't claim the manager mode one, and after getting frustrated I played a manager mode game and thought it might resolve the issue and give me the items but it still didn't work. Now after the manager mode match I'm in a new weekly group and I still didn't get the previous weekly reward.

Hope you guys can resolve the issue as it's very frustrating.
