Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

I used to use hacks and I know I was wrong. I deleted my hacking software and received a 7-day account suspension. After 7 days, I logged back in and played for 5 minutes before being banned again for no apparent reason. I need to appeal. Please give me a reasonable explanation.

Bans are applied when the rules have been broken, but if you feel there's been a mistake with this ban, you can appeal it. An appeal will prompt our Terms of Service team to investigate it for you. To send in an appeal, use the steps pinned to the top of the thread.
