Drawing Same Player in Guaranteed 70 Draws in a row.

Hi EA, my account is bugged in terms of the in game shop purchases. Please assist.

I am on Android and I drew Raphinaha 3 times in a row for guaranteed in La Liga and Drew Messi 2 times in a row for Guaranteed in this week Serie A / MLS league, please assist.
