The unfair penalty shootout

Hello EA,

I'm a ea football game player. I'm playing the UCL round of 16 . And whenever it went to a penalty shootout, it's really unfair. When we trying to score a penalty,  green line shows the way we swiped and a white arrow to that side. But whenever I'm winning a shootout, the arrow disappears and I miss the penalty.  Not only that. The late time I had a penalty shootout it didn't show either lines green or white and I missed all my penalties.  It's really unfair for good player in penalties like you guys don't want them to win. So please do something about it.
