In-game, the connection drops from 60fps to 0fps when I'm attacking, and it freezes during goal-scoring opportunities. I want my last 4 matches reviewed. FC Mobile is a huge scammer, ignoring character cheating issues. FC Mobile is a robbery, bullying, and fraudulent company that never responds to bug reports in the game.

My phone is capable of running the game at 60 FPS, but during matches the frame rate frequently drops from 60 FPS to around 30 FPS.
The problem is especially noticeable during active gameplay. When the FPS drops, player movement becomes less responsive and the match feels delayed. This significantly affects gameplay, particularly in competitive modes such as Head to Head.
My network connection can be stable, but the game still experiences these sudden performance drops. Therefore, I would like EA to investigate whether this is related to:
- FC Mobile 27 device optimization for the Dimensity 7400 Ultimate
- Frame-rate management/throttling
- Game engine performance
- Thermal/performance management
- Server/network-related stuttering being incorrectly reflected as a frame-rate drop
- Compatibility or optimization issues specific to TECNO devices
