Please fix this pack lock issue on my account.

Right now, not only is my pack luck extremely bad, but even when I try to convert the players I get into Extra Tokens, the results feel unfair as well. At the very least, please fix the Extra Token pack luck, because I want to use the players I already pulled and get proper value from them.

I spent a huge amount of gems and points on this game, and this money was not easy to earn or just found randomly. After all this spending, getting low outcomes everywhere makes no sense.

If the main packs can’t be adjusted, then at least make sure the Extra Token system is working correctly and fairly on my account.

Please review my account and fix this issue.
