Ea account issue

Hi EA Support,

I’m having a compatibility issue with FC Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy A05s (SM-A057F).

The game was working on this phone before, but after the latest FC Mobile update, Google Play says that the app is no longer compatible with my device and I cannot update it.

My phone:

• Model: Samsung Galaxy A05s (SM-A057F)

• Android: 15

• One UI: 7.0

• Play Protect certification: Device is certified

I would like to continue playing FC Mobile on this same device. Could you please check whether my device has been incorrectly marked as unsupported and let me know if there is a fix?

I have not modified or rooted my device.
