This usually happens when EA verification emails are being blocked or the wrong EA account is being used.
Please try these steps first:
- Check Spam/Promotions and other folders in Gmail.
- Wait 5–10 minutes before pressing resend again.
- Search Gmail for emails from:

- noreply@ea.com
- Make sure the Gmail inbox is not full (just in case).
- Try logging in from another browser or clear browser cache/cookies.
- Confirm which EA account/email is actually linked to the game and test other emails.
If the verification emails still do not arrive, contact EA Support because they may need to manually help recover or update the account verification method.
