Unfair draft rewards

I have been playing this game for the past 4 years, and until recently, I never faced any major issues. However, over the last 3 months, my experience has been extremely disappointing, especially with the draft system.

I completed up to 10 drafts in Pool A but did not receive a single high-rated player and this has been happening from last four times. Similarly, in every week EA is giving every f2p users some good signing of High OVR but I'm still waiting for my big card signing of 119 or 120 OVR card 

What is more frustrating is that other players, including my friends who are also a F2P users like me we also started the game at the same time but they are getting so many players, their I'ds are AM_Leo, G_O_A_T_07 they are consistently receiving 119 and 120 OVR players almost every week. This makes the system feel highly unbalanced and unfair.

Still we are on the Fourth or Fifth week of this TOTS season I've not received a single 119 OVR card, I'm very disappointed by the EA F mobile game.

It feels like the rewards are biased toward players who spend money, while long-term and consistent players like me are being ignored. As someone who has invested significant time into this game, this is very discouraging.

I request you to please review my account and the draft reward system. If this issue continues, I may be forced to stop playing the game altogether.
