EA account on the codes redeem website

Hello, this is a bug ever since ive started playing everytime i just try to log into my EA account it says im not linked to it? ive tried facebook and icloud but it doesnt work also the “sign in with apple” doesnt even work it tells you to enter your email when it doesnt even let you? i cannot stand this because i cant redeem codes

    It sounds like you may have signed into a different EA Account on the redeem site than the one linked to your FC Mobile profile. You need an EA account linked to your FC Mobile profile to log in to the FC Mobile Webstore.

    Please try the following:

    1. Open FC Mobile > Settings > Account Management and check whether an EA Account is linked there.
    2. Make sure the redeem website is signed in with that same EA Account. Try different emails you own. 
    3. Open the page using a new incognito tab
    4. Clear your browser cookies/cache.

    Hey 14974s3rticl​. Just to clarify, since you mentioned an issue with redeeming codes: are you experiencing this problem in-game with the login options, or on the redeem code website for promo code rewards?

    Could you also share a few screenshots so we can see what’s happening?

    the website because im linked with game center apple id and facebook but when i try it it never works
